The Centro di Pronta Accoglienza residenziale (First Reception Residential Centre) can only accommodate male users with the certification of dependence on licit and / or illegal substances. The user freely chooses to access to the structure. Treatment, with medical prescription, with substitute or antagonistic drugs, does not impede the admission. A condemn to alternative measures to detention (for example, custody) is compatible with the admission. The latter is not possible for people under house arrest. It is not possible even to host people with severe psychiatric illness ("double diagnosis"). They offered a stay for up to 90 days.

A typical day at the day care centre is structured in the following way:
• 07:00 - Wake up call
• 08:30/09:00 - Medicine and sigarette delivery
• 09:00/12:00 - Activities
• 12:00/13:00 – Lunch
• 14:00/17:00 - Activities
• 19:00/20:00 - Dinner
• 21:00/23:30 - Free Time
• 23:30 - The users go back to their rooms

Le finalità principali del progetto sono:
• garantire una pronta risposta a situazioni urgenti;
• contenere e supportare le persone nella fase di eventuale riduzione dell’uso di farmaci sostitutivi;
• offrire un contesto in grado di favorire un iniziale processo di remissione dall’uso di sostanze ed un parallelo o successivo processo di chiarificazione e di scelta, anche sulla base di un mirato approfondimento diagnostico.

The fees for the Day Care Centre program are provided by the National Sanitary Service and decided by the Lombardia Region.

Spinadesco is a town, about 7 kilometers away from Cremona, in close proximity to the highway that connects Cremona - Pizzighettone - Codogno - Pavia. Once you've reached Spinadesco, you must follow the main town road: our centres are in a renovated farmhouse, at the end of the town. Between Cremona and Spinadesco you have at your disposal an urban transportation line (G), which leaves from the Cremona Train Station.
